I’m still a little confused…can you tell me more about what IMAX is?

I want information for showtimes for future dates that you don’t have listed? How do I know if you are getting a certain movie in the future?
We post the information regarding showtimes as soon as we have confirmed that information. If the showtime or movie information isn’t posted for a certain date, then we don’t have that information yet. Bookmark the showtimes and events page or check back in a few days, or a few weeks (closer to your visit) for updates. Typically for Hollywood movies we do not post information until the Tuesday or Wednesday before opening weekend. You can always Sign up for our E-Newsletter for automatic updates!
Is your facility handicap accessible?
Yes…we have handicap parking accommodations, seating, bathrooms, ramps, and elevators where needed.
What are Bounce Back Tickets?
View more, Save more! Once you have enjoyed your first IMAX Adventure Film you can "Bounce Back" and watch another for just $5.00 plus tax. It's easy! All you have to do is take your original IMAX Adventure ticket back to the box office within 24 hours of your inital show and you will recieve your next IMAX ticket for $5.00 plus tax for adults and $3.00 plus tax for children. your new "Bounce Back" ticket mya be used within seven days to see any of our regular IMAX Adventures. Not valid for Hollywood Movies on the IMAX or in the Elite Cinema III.
What is the difference between IMAX Adventures and Hollywood on the IMAX?
IMAX adventure films use a 15/70 film format to create an adventure ten times larger than a regular 35mm film. IMAX adventures are not Hollywood like in nature but rather take you on amazing adventures through technology and even the world and are typically only about an hour long. Hollywood on the IMAX are Hollywood hit films projected on the giant IMAX screen. These are not formatted in 15/70 but rather take up about 75% of the IMAX screen still six times larger then a regular cinema screen. IMAX adventures play every hour on the hour daily. Hollywood movies on the IMAX only play once nightly. Please see our showtimes and events page for all showtimes.
Are you open on Sundays? What about holidays, like Christmas & Thanksgiving?
Branson’s IMAX Entertainment Complex is open Year Round. Individual shops and restaurants do keep slightly different hours of operation though, and may be closed over certain holidays. As each holiday approaches, the specific hours will be posted here.
Can you pre-purcahse tickets for a show?
Pre-purchashing tickets is a great way for you to guarantee you will have a seat, particularly if it is a sold out show. You can pre-purchase your tickets online by simply visiting our showtimes and events page. We no longer take phone pre-purchases. Please keep in mind that you will need to pick up your tickets at the box office and that for some sold out shows the lines into the theater can be long. Please allow adequate time for these situations.
I’ve looked at all the information on your website, but I’d still like a packet of information mailed to my home? Is that possible?

McFarlain’s Family Restaurant
Is McFarlain’s Family Restaurant a chain? Do you have other locations?
No and no. McFarlain’s Family Restaurant is not a chain, but instead a one-of-a-kind Branson exclusive…with the only location inside Branson’s IMAX Entertainment Complex.
Do you take reservations at McFarlain’s?
For standard parties under 20 people, we DO NOT take reservations. If you would like to book a group of 20 or more, check out our Group Information page.
I love the [cornbread / jam / recipes] at McFarlain’s – do you sell any of those things online?

Montana Mike’s Steakhouse
Is Montana Mike’s Steakhouse a chain? Do you have other locations?
Montana Mike’s Steakhouse is indeed a chain restaurant with 27 locations in seven states. Our company operates both Montana Mike’s locations in Branson - on Hwy 76 and on Hwy 248. For information about other locations, check the Montana Mike’s corporate website at http://www.stockadecompanies.com.
I’d like to get in touch with, or send something to one of your live entertainers? Do you have contact information for them?
We don’t post the contact information individually for each of our entertainers. You can send an email to info@bransonimax.com, and we’ll forward it to the appropriate contact. If you would like to mail something to an entertainer, mail it directly to our physical address, and put it to the attention of the entertainer that is to receive it.
Who can I contact about an online shopping purchase I made?

Online Ticket Sales
How does the online ticket purchasing process work?
To purchase tickets online simply visit our showtimes and events page, then pick the date, show and showtime you would like to purchase tickets for. Once you have finished completing the information needed to make the purchase (name, address, credit card # etc.) and click submit a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Your tickets are immediately put on will call at our box office. Tickets can be picked up with the credit card used to purchase them ANYTIME after purchase during normal box office hours (see above).
Why don't I see where to enter an amount after I have clicked to buy tickets?
Inside your brower window are two scroll bars. Make sure that the inside scroll bar is moved all the way to the left. If you do not see an inside scroll bar move your browser scroll bar down and you should notice another scroll bar inside the window.
Are tickets purchased online returnable/exchangeable?
All ticket sales are final.
Are there any fees associated with purchasing tickets online?
Yes, there is a one dollar per ticket non-refundable service fee with our online ticket sales, as well as any applicable taxes.
